During this training plan design session you can either review your background and goals, or get test results interpreted and come away with a training block designed in TrainingPeaks or Intervals.icu. If you are a self-coached athlete, this time can be used as a guided session to help you design your own training block or plan. This is a time-based session that normally allows for a training block of between 8 weeks at a time.
