VO2 max, or the maximum amount of oxygen your body can consume and deliver to the muscles is not only important for sport, but also wellness and longevity. This test is a shorter protocol (versus our Physiological Test) and is focused on primarily determining your maximum aerobic power. For sports performance, you will learn not only your VO2 max in relative and absolute levels, but we will also determine your speed/power/pace at that maximum level.
