FAQ:
1) What type of bike should I use?
A gravel or mountain bike is best as the rides will include mostly dirt/gravel/cinder trails and some light singletrack. Road bikes are not recommended at this time.
2) How fast are the rides?
The groups are meant to stay together when riding to/from the area(s) where workouts/intervals are completed. Routes for zone 2 rides will be posted so you can download GPS files. Most interval sessions take place in a relatively small area where individuals can ride at their individual HR zones.
