Service Description

The VO2 max test measures your maximal aerobic capacity and will take you from a very light exercise level to a maximal level when appropriate. The protocol takes approximately 15 minutes, not including warm-up and cool-down. Following your test, you will receive a report and consultation detailing oxygen consumption, respiration and gas exchange metrics, energy output, and exercise recommendations based on your individual goals. For testing on the bike, you only need to bring your bike + cycling apparel. For run tests, just your running apparel. Expect the testing to take between 20-40 minutes generally, excluding warm-up and consultation time.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact ryan@rockymountaindevo, or call/text (720) 388-6373 within 24 hours of your appointment. Please complete your waiver and Physical Activity Questionnaire here prior to arriving for your appointment: Pre-Test Preparation: Plan to arrive well-rested and fueled as if you're preparing for a key workout. No heavy exercise at least 24 hours prior. Full meals should be completed 90 minutes out from the test start, but smaller snacks and hydration are fine within 60 minutes of your test.
