Benefits / What you Get

Vo2max

Your maximal oxygen uptake is the gold standard measure of aerobic fitness. Know your number, track it over time, and see exactly how your fitness stacks up.

training zones

Personalized heart rate zones based on how your body actually responds to exercise. A great complement to any training program — just hand them to your trainer and go.

Thresholds

Your two critical ventilatory thresholds — the points where your effort shifts from sustainable to hard to all-out. These anchor your zones and your pacing strategy.
